My recent research interests include deep learning, neuroimaging analysis, and brain disease diagnosis. Specifically, I am interested in time series modeling, i.e., disease progression modeling, and learning from either limited or missing data by means of self-supervised learning, missing value imputation, and uncertainty estimation.
